WELCOME!

Thanks for checking us out! We are a small church with a rich history moving intentionally to a grand future.

Who we are: A local congregation committed to the truth about Jesus Christ; His message, His ministry, His mission and His church.

What that means: In the essentials of Christian biblical faith we seek unity. In the non-essentials we strive for liberty of conscience while in all things we promote charity. Overall, our goal is a robust and healthy pursuit of God's truth in a committed attitude of love that seeks to build healthy families, spiritually and in all other ways.

How that works: We are becoming a people of the Book, that is, the Bible. We believe that we ought to preach the Bible, pray the Bible, read the Bible and live the Bible; it is God's letter of love and instruction to his specially chosen people for living life Christianly in a world of brokeness.

Come and visit us. See for yourselves how the Lord is working out His plan among us. Who knows, maybe He will inspire you to take a part.

Coming Events! Ark-La-Tex Men's Rally:   UPDATE: We had a great time at Scottsville Camp and Conference center at the first Ark-La-Tex Men’s Rally with Mr. Roger Wernette as our key-note speaker. First we re-discovered the most important commandment in the Bible in Mark 12:28-31. With that consideration Roger challenged the men to pray this prayer, “God help me to love you more. Empower me to love you the way you want me to.” Learning to love God is what life is all about and if we get that all else falls into its logical place. Then after that we thought about what loving God ought to look like considering John 14:12-27 and rediscovered biblical obedience that is full of personal pleasure. With those two concepts in mind we moved toward how we might love God and obey him best. We found the most satisfying answer in Matthew 28:19-20. Armed with these insights we committed to disciple others and then return next year for another exciting world and life view journey. Hope to see you there.
